Refund policy

We strive to ensure you have the highest quality cake topper that is perfect for your event. If something is not as expected with your order, we would love the opportunity to fix it. However if this is not possible, we will gladly refund any unused and returned product that is defective and brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery confirmation and returned within 10 business days. Since this is a custom made and edible item we do have these guidelines in place to ensure protection for all parties involved. We want all our customers to be satisfied and return for future events!
